    You only need 4 simple ingredients for raspberry mojito mocktail:

    • Lemon - fresh is best
    • Mint sprigs
    • Sparkling water - or opt instead for even more raspberry flavor by using a raspberry flavored sparkling water

    You can use frozen raspberries instead of fresh but ou'll need to defrost them before making the drink.

    You can use either regular red raspberries or black raspberries.

    Instead of sparkling water, make this mojito mocktail with Sprite or 7-Up for added sweetness and a touch of lime flavor.

    You can sweeten the drink with a tablespoon of simple syrup or agave syrup. Note that you won't need additional sweetness if you use a sweetened soda.

    1. Place raspberries, cut-up lemon, and mint sprigs in a tall glass or mason jar. Muddle well.
    2. Pour sparkling water into the glass with the muddled raspberries and stir to combine.

    • 5-7 mint leaves
