A lighter version of a Sea Breeze Cocktail that’s delightfully fresh & bubbly. Cranberry juice, vodka and, our surprise ingredient, sparkling grapefruit water.
It’s finally football season again. Yay! I’m one of those women that just love watching football, college or pro. And what goes better with football than appetizers, like Mexican Cheese Dip and Asian Chicken Wings, and a cocktail.
This cocktail is full of refreshing flavors like cranberry and grapefruit juice and goes great with appetizers, dinners and barbecues. I’m thinkin’ Labor Day here. Actually, it’s great by itself too. ?
When my husband and I travel down to the Florida Keys, which is just a short hop, skip and a jump away, it’s always our choice of drink while overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. It’s cooling and light and the color reminds me of our beautiful hibiscus flowers. I could even say that whenever I have one at home I feel transported to the islands.
Easy to Make Sea Breeze Cocktail
It’s so easy to make too and with the slight change I made it’s even lighter than the norm. What did I do? I exchanged the grapefruit juice for bai bubbles in a grapefruit flavor. This antioxidant infusion has no sugar and is flavored with actual grapefruit concentrate. That gives this cocktail a little fizz that just puts it over the top. And, by the way, I’m not being paid to promote bai, I just love it!
My husband even said it was better than the ones he usually gets at the tiki bar. Now that’s saying something! Happy Labor Day!
