    This peppermint mocha coffee creamer really does turn a normal cup of coffee into a peppermint mocha. You could heat and froth it, but it's not necessary. Just pour it on top of your hot or iced coffee. Yes, it tastes amazing in cold brew coffee too!

    Ingredients

    Ingredients for peppermint mocha coffee creamer.
    • Half and half, heavy cream, or milk
    • Sweetened condensed milk
    • Chocolate syrup
    • Peppermint extract
    • Espresso powder

    Ingredient Notes and Substitutions

    Use only peppermint extract. Peppermint oil is concentrated and has a much stronger flavor. Do not use peppermint essential oil that is not food-grade.

    You can substitute the chocolate syrup with white chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (either semi-sweet, dark, or white chocolate).

    For dairy-free mocha coffee creamer, substitute milk with non-dairy plant-based milk such as almond, coconut, or oat milk. Also, substitute sweetened condensed milk with sweetened condensed coconut milk or oat milk.

    How to Make Peppermint Mocha Creamer

    Step 1-2 to make creamer.
    1. Place cream in a blender, pitcher or mason jar with a lid. Pour in sweetened condensed milk.
    2. Add chocolate syrup.
    Steps 3-4 to make flavored coffee creamer.
    1. Sprinkle in espresso powder and peppermint extract.
    2. Blend, shake, or stir to mix well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
