Each bite will melt in your mouth and bring thoughts of childhood Christmas sugar cookies with the perfect balance of rich white chocolate and sweet sugar cookie flavors. This delicious fudge is the perfect addition to your Christmas party dessert table or as a hostess gift for family and friends. Enjoy!

Recipe tips for the perfect fudge

Easy Pan Removal: Line the pan with parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil to easily take the fudge out of the pan.

Low Heat: Keep the heat low to prevent burning the chocolate.

Smooth Sides: Don't use a serrated knife to cut the fudge into pieces because it will leave ridge marks on the side. You want the slices to have smooth sides. Use a warm knife for smooth slices.

Uniform Pieces: Use a ruler as a guide to cut the fudge into the same-sized pieces.

Room Temperature: Let chilled fudge sit at room temperature for maximum flavor.

How to store and freeze fudge

Storing: Place the fudge in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Freezing: Place the fudge pieces on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet with space between them. Freeze until solid. Transfer the frozen fudge to a freezer-safe container or plastic freezer bag. It will last up to 3 months in the freezer. Thaw it in the fridge overnight.
