How to Make Peach Ice Cream

Making peach ice cream in a blender is so simple! Here are the steps with some photos to help you with the process:

Prep steps to make easy peach ice cream.

To start, if using fresh peaches, slice them and place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Freeze them - it will take about 4 hours.

    1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Start with the liquids then the rest.
    2. Blend until smooth. Serve this blended mixture immediately for the best results.
    3. If you prefer, you can place the peach mixture in an airtight container with a lid.
    4. Add chopped peaches and stir, then add a few extra to the top. Freeze for about 45 minutes, stir, then freeze for another hour, stirring at the 30-minute mark. When ready to serve, you may have to let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes to be able to scoop it out.
