Why you'll love this iced pumpkin spice latte recipe

Coffee shop deliciousness at home. This iced coffee is perfect for sipping on a warm fall day. There's no need to go to your favorite coffee shop for your specialty latte, just whip up this delicious Starbucks copycat at home.

Perfect flavor combo. This refreshing sipper has the perfect balance of sweet pumpkin pie flavors mixed with deep, rich roasted espresso, and topped with cool whipped cream.

Pure fall flavor. The pumpkin spice flavor adds a warm and comforting touch for all the flavor of fall in your glass.

Made your way. It's made with real pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, so the flavors are rich and authentic. Control the sweetness, milk type, and coffee strength so it's always exactly the way you love it.

Ingredients for the perfect blend of fall flavors

Here are the simple ingredients you'll need to make your own homemade Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte at home:

    Ingredients for pumpkin iced latte.

Espresso or Strong Coffee: The base of your latte! You can use freshly brewed espresso, strong coffee, or cold brew coffee for a rich flavor.

Pumpkin Puree: Adds that authentic pumpkin flavor. Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.

Pumpkin Pie Spice: Adds a combination of warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger that gives your latte its cozy fall vibes.

Simple Syrup: Sweetens the drink to your liking. You can also use maple syrup or dissolve brown sugar in the hot espresso. Or opt for pumpkin pie syrup like Torani or try your hand at making your own homemade syrup.

Vanilla Extract: Adds a hint of extra flavor and enhances the pumpkin spice notes.

Milk: Use your favorite milk - it can be dairy or non-dairy milk like almond, oat, or soy milk. Adjust the amount based on how creamy or strong you like your coffee drinks.

Whipped Cream: A must-have topping for the perfect café-style finish. Add as much or as little as you like.

Recipe variations to customize your latte

Here are a few fun ways to change up your Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte and make it your own:

Dairy-Free Option: Use almond, soy, coconut, or oat milk for a plant-based version. You can even use coconut whipped cream on top!

Extra Pumpkin Flavor: For an extra pumpkin-y drink, add an additional teaspoon of pumpkin puree or a pinch more pumpkin pie spice.

Sweeter Treat: If you like your lattes on the sweeter side, increase the amount of maple or simple syrup or use a flavored syrup like vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut.

Blended Version: For a frappuccino-style latte, blend the drink ingredients and ice together in a blender until smooth, then top with whipped cream.

Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte: For an adult version, add a shot of your favorite liqueur like Irish cream, rum, or spiced whiskey.

Serving Suggestions: How to Enjoy Your Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies combine rich chocolate flavor with creamy, spiced pumpkin cheesecake swirls. The fudgy brownie contrasts with the smooth pumpkin swirl, making for a decadent dessert that's perfect for the fall season.
