Ingredients
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Garnish: Roasted or candied pecans, chopped bananas, strawberries, and/or blueberries, granola
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except garnishes, in a ramekin or mason jar.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight,
- You can serve it cold or warm. If you prefer it warm, microwave for 30-60 seconds. To finish, drizzle with a bit of maple syrup, chopped fruit, and a sprinkle of pecans or granola.
