    Ingredients

    • ½ cup old fashioned oats
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
    • ½ cup milk
    • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
    • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Garnish: Roasted or candied pecans, chopped bananas, strawberries, and/or blueberries, granola

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients, except garnishes, in a ramekin or mason jar.
    • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight,
    • You can serve it cold or warm. If you prefer it warm, microwave for 30-60 seconds. To finish, drizzle with a bit of maple syrup, chopped fruit, and a sprinkle of pecans or granola.
