This Frosted Lemonade Cooler is totally indulgent! It’s like a cross between a tangy zesty lemonade and a milkshake. Three ingredients is all it takes to whip this up for a refreshing summer cocktail (with vodka) or non-alcoholic beverage perfect for backyard barbecues and holiday picnics.
You know those days when it’s so hot that nothing but a cool, refreshing glass of lemonade will do? Me too! But now I’ve got something a whole lot better – a Frosted Lemonade Cooler!
Since this week is #CookoutWeek where 50 of my blogger friends are sharing recipes that would be perfect for the 4th of July and where there’s a giveaway (enter below) that’s simply awesome with a prize pack of over $750, I thought something to quench your thirst along with your sweet tooth would be perfect.
This recipe is an indulgent adult cocktail or a treat for the kids (minus the vodka of course). All you need are 3 ingredients, your favorite lemonade, a pint of vanilla ice cream, some vodka and a blender. Blend it all together, pour it into tall glasses and enjoy this creamy, smooth, a little bit tart, totally refreshing cocktail.
I like to enjoy my Frosted Lemonade Cooler on my back porch with a bunch of friends. When I do have a crowd over, I make this drink by the pitcherful and let everyone help themselves. It goes great with some Mexican Chicken Burgers, London Broil or some Korean BBQ Kabobs. Of course, it goes pretty good with my Grilled Sour Cream Pound Cake that I shared yesterday too.
Before you go, blend up one of your own Frosted Lemonade Coolers and enter our fantastic giveaway below then drool over all the delicious recipes being shared for your next cookout.
